What’s Covered
✅ Limited Lifetime Warranty (U.S. Orders):
We will repair or replace any defective plastic component of your STS Auto Design Tools product at no cost, for as long as the product is in serviceable condition and used as intended. This warranty applies to original purchasers within the continental USA.
🌍 International Warranty Claims:
International customers are also covered under the same warranty terms; however, we kindly ask that you cover the cost of international shipping for any replacement.

For your convenience, we provide step-by-step installation videos on our YouTube channel. These guides make setup easy and help ensure long-lasting performance.
What’s Not Covered
Normal wear and tear
Damage from misuse, neglect, modification, or improper installation
Loss or theft
Any product not purchased directly from STS Auto Design Tools or an authorized distributor
Distributor Purchases
If you purchased your product through an authorized distributor, please submit your warranty claim directly with them. This ensures the fastest and most cost-effective service. We work closely with our distributors to uphold the warranty terms.
